Don’t be – with these quick tips, you’ll know what to include, and what to expect during the process.

1.Be Prepared

It’s always in your favor to have a complete and well organized rental application.
​
Take the time to thoroughly fill out your information. This includes drivers license information, license plate numbers, referrals, and rental history.
​
If you are moving to Marion, Indiana for a new job it’s a good idea to have documentation of your job offer from your new employer. Providing some bank statements that prove consistent income is also helpful.
